Quick Sarson Ka Saag Recipe

 



Ingredients

·         1 kg of mustard greens

·         Corn flour 1 cup green chillies

·         8 cloves garlic

·         8 dried red chillies

·         10 teaspoons of crushed turmeric

·         Salt to taste

·         1 cup of butter

 

Steam Ingredients:

·         Garlic (finely chopped) 4 pieces

·         1/2 cup of butter

·         3 tablespoons of oil

 

Synthesis to prepare;

·         Finely chop the greens and soak them in turmeric water

·         After washing put it in the pan

·          Then put flour and butter and cook until the water is dry

·         When cool, grind in a chopper

·         Put the greens back in the pan and cook for a few minutes

·         Mix flour and butter in it and fry it in a dis

a frying pan, fry the steamed ingredients and put them on the greens and serve hot.
