Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 – 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- ½ packet Egg noodles boiled
- 2 Spring onion sliced
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 cup Bean sprout
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 2 – 3 Pineapple rings
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Chicken breast
- 50 gm Peanut chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Honey
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
Cooking Method
Cut the chicken into small size. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add garlic and chicken .
- Cook 10 minutes or until all water dries up.
Now add 2 beaten egg and fry for 3 minutes.
- now add pineapple, capsicum and spring onion leaves.
- Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add boiled egg noodles.
the mix the tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, Worcester sauce,vinegar, sugar and honey.
- Cook and stir for 4 minutes.
- add salt and black pepper powder. Stir fry on high flame.
now take off on the dish
- your sweet and sour noodles is ready
