Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken wings with skin
- 250 gm Chicken mince
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/4 bunch Onion chopped
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method
- Put chicken mince, onion, parsley, salt and black pepper in a chopper.
- blend it until smooth. Take the chicken mixture in a large bowl.
- Cut chicken wings and then marinate with ginger garlic paste, egg, crushed red pepper, plain flour, corn flour, Worcester sauce and salt and Keep aside.
- Stuff chicken wings with chicken mince mixture and put on a baking tray.
- Bake it in the preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
- Remove from the chicken and dish it out.
- Delicious Drum Wings are ready to serve.
