Ingredients
- 300 grams of plain flour
- 300 grams of sugar
- 15 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
For topping:
- 300 grams of cooking chocolate
- 200 grams of butter
- 100 grams of icing sugar 2 cups fresh cream
- 1 cup sugar syrup
- 4-5 tablespoons ice cream
How to cook
For the dough:
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. In a large bowl, combine eggs, plain flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Knead a good dough.
- Then place in the oven for 15 minutes or already until inserted into the toothpick.
For topping:
- In a bowl, add white butter, fresh cream, cocoa powder and icing sugar. Mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Mix with melted chocolate and fresh cream. Also add the prepared mixture. Make 1 cup of sugar syrup and set aside.
To proceed:
- When your sponge is ready, drizzle sugar syrup in the middle of the sponge.
- Spread butter cream on it.Make a layer of cooking chocolate on top.
- Cream the remaining butter on top.
- Then cut into rectangles of your favorite size.
- Ready to serve chocolate pastry.
- Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls
