Chocolate Pastry Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • 300 grams of plain flour
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 15 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For topping:

  • 300 grams of cooking chocolate
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of icing sugar 2 cups fresh cream
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 4-5 tablespoons ice cream

How to cook

For the dough:

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. In a large bowl, combine eggs, plain flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
  • Knead a good dough.
  • Then place in the oven for 15 minutes or already until inserted into the toothpick.

For topping:

  • In a bowl, add white butter, fresh cream, cocoa powder and icing sugar. Mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Mix with melted chocolate and fresh cream. Also add the prepared mixture. Make 1 cup of sugar syrup and set aside.

To proceed:

  • When your sponge is ready, drizzle sugar syrup in the middle of the sponge.
  • Spread butter cream on it.Make a layer of cooking chocolate on top.
  • Cream the remaining butter on top.
  • Then cut into rectangles of your favorite size.
  • Ready to serve chocolate pastry.
  • Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls
