Tamarind sauce


Ingredients:

  • ·        tamarind.................. 1 1\2
  • ·        Water................. Two cups
  • ·        Red Peppercorns A tablespoon
  • ·        Dried Ginger................. Three tablespoons crushed
  • ·        Cumin.................... A tablespoon (crushed)
  • ·        Black salt A click
  • ·        Salt According to taste


Synthesis:

  • ·        First, put the tamarind in hot water and extract the thick juice.
  • ·        Now put it in a non-stick pan and cook for five minutes with crushed red pepper, crushed ginger and roasted and crushed white cumin.
  • ·        Now take off the led and cool it
  • ·        Finally, add black salt or salt.
  • ·        Delicious tamarind sauce is ready.
