Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp hot spice powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste
- salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Put thechicken in a bowl.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin, spices and salt.
- Mix it well.
- Now coat chicken pieces with flour.
- Then dip in beaten egg.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry chicken for 15 minutes.
- until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the pan.
- Now steam chicken for 20 minutes.
- Masala Steam Chicken is ready to serve.
