Masala Steam Chicken Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • 500 gm chicken 
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp hot spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup tamarind paste
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Put thechicken in a bowl.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin, spices and salt.
  •  Mix it well.
  • Now coat chicken pieces with flour.
  • Then dip in beaten egg.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry chicken for 15 minutes.
  • until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan.
  • Now steam chicken for 20 minutes.
  • Masala Steam Chicken is ready to serve.
