Tamarind Chutney Recipe

- 1 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1 tsp cumin seeds roasted & crushed
- 1 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp chat Masala
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Put tamarind pulp, jaggery and ginger powder in a pan.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes.
- until jaggery dissolved.
- add chili powder, cumin seeds, dry ginger powder, salt and black salt.
- Add water and cook for 20 minutes.
- until sauce is thickened.
- Tamarind Chutney is ready to serve.
