Lazeez Pulao Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Meat _____ 1 kg
  • Onion medium size, finely chopped _____ 1 kg       
  • Garlic _____ 1 granddaughter
  • Ginger _____ chopped 75 grams
  • Pepper _____ 1 teaspoon
  • Large cardamom _____ 4 pieces
  • Bay leaves _____ 4 leaves
  • Crushed garlic _____ 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger crushed _____ 1 teaspoon
  • Salt _____ by area
  • Star ansie_____ 4 flowers
  • Rice _____ half a kilo
  • Ghee _____ 175 grams
  • Onions cut in half _____ 2 pieces
  • Cloves _____ 10 

Synthesis:

  • Put the meat, onion, chopped onion, garlic, Star anise black pepper, cloves, cardamom, chopped ginger, salt, bay leaf and enough water in a pan and cook till the meat melts well.
  • When the meat is melted, remove the pan and take out the meat in a separate bowl.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the crushed garlic into the ginger.
  • Put ghee in a pan and fry the chopped onion. Add crushed garlic, ginger and meat in the pan and fry for five minutes.
  • Wash the rice and put it in the meat.
  • Add the remaining meat yakni to the rice and mix well.
  • Add enough water to the rice so that when the water is dry, the rice will be left in one bowl.
  • When one kani is left, turn down the heat and leave it for twenty minutes.
