Bhuna Gosht Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Meat _____ 1 kg
  • Onion _____ (cut into slices) 3 pieces
  • Yogurt _____ 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (finely chop) _____ 2 pieces
  • Garlic Ginger Paste _____ 1 tbsp
  • coriander (chopped) _____ 1 teaspoon
  • garam masla_____ 1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg Jawtri Powder _____ 14 Clicks
  • Cumin _____ 1 teaspoon
  • Salt _____ to taste
  • Oil _____ as required

Synthesis:

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry When it turned  golden, add yogurt and tomatoes and fry well When the curd water is dry, add garlic, ginger paste, chopped coriander, hot spices, cumin and salt, add water as required, cover and cook over medium heat. When the meat is melted, fry it well When the oil rises, add nutmeg powder and take it off the stove Serve in a serving dish
