Garlic Chutney



Ingredients:

  • Salt _____ as needed
  • Garlic cloves _____ 2 pieces (peel and separate the yolks)
  • Green pepper _____ to your liking
  • Lemon juice _____ to your liking
  • Ghee _____ 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:

  • Heat the ghee in a bowl and put the thickly chopped garlic in the ghee
  • Fry for one minute.
  • Don't TURN IT RED
  • Now green chillies
  • Then run the spoon once more
  • Add lemon juice and salt and mix
  • Garlic sauce is ready
