Malai Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- Cut 500 grams boneless chicken into cubes
- 1 cup cream cream
- 1/2 cup oil or ghee
- 3 tablespoons grinding brown onion
- 1 piece ginger paste
- 1 garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 tablespoon whole spice
- 1 tablespoon authentic coconut
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1-1 / 2 tablespoons red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 tandoori color
- Salty taste
How to cook
- Place the chicken in a large bowl.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, bitter onion and tandoori color.
- Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in wool or oil.
- Add whole spices, discarded coconut, poppy seed paste, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes then add the marinated chicken.
- Cover with a lid and boil for 15-20 minutes or until oil comes up.
