Malai Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cut 500 grams boneless chicken into cubes
  • 1 cup cream cream
  • 1/2 cup oil or ghee
  • 3 tablespoons grinding brown onion
  • 1 piece ginger paste
  • 1 garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 tablespoon whole spice
  • 1 tablespoon authentic coconut
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1-1 / 2 tablespoons red pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/4 tandoori color
  • Salty taste

How to cook

  • Place the chicken in a large bowl.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, salt, bitter onion and tandoori color.
  • Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in wool or oil.
  • Add whole spices, discarded coconut, poppy seed paste, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
  • Cook for 5 minutes then add the marinated chicken.
  • Cover with a lid and boil for 15-20 minutes or until oil comes up.
