CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA (INSTANT POT + STOVE TOP)


 

What you need:

For chicken marinade Chicken

  • Yogurt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Spices

for Tikka masala

  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger paste Spices ·
  • More Cream

How to make it in Instant Put?

  • Mix the given ingredients for the chicken marinade.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 20 minutes or overnight. The longer you melanate, the better.
  • Turn on the suite mode on the instant pot and add the oil. Add the chicken.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until it changes color.
  • Now add the spice ingredients.
  • Mix, and cancel the suite mode. Immediately close the lid of the pot, and keep it under manual pressure for 6 minutes.
  • Do NPR for 2 minutes and then clear the way.
  • Open the lid, add heavy cream, butter and chopped coriander and mix.
  • Serve with rice and bread.
