CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA (INSTANT POT + STOVE TOP)

What you need:
For chicken marinade Chicken

Yogurt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Spices
for Tikka masala

Crushed tomatoes
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger paste Spices ·
- More Cream
How to make it in Instant Put?
- Mix the given ingredients for the chicken marinade.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 20 minutes or overnight. The longer you melanate, the better.
- Turn on the suite mode on the instant pot and add the oil. Add the chicken.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until it changes color.
- Now add the spice ingredients.
- Mix, and cancel the suite mode. Immediately close the lid of the pot, and keep it under manual pressure for 6 minutes.
- Do NPR for 2 minutes and then clear the way.
- Open the lid, add heavy cream, butter and chopped coriander and mix.
- Serve with rice and bread.
