Ingredients
- 1-1 / 2 kg carrots
- 2 kg of sugar
- 5 kg lost
- 1 cup clear butter
- 2 cups almonds pistachios
- 1 cardamom ground
How to cook
- In a deep pan, add chopped carrots, sugar.
- Shake and cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
- Now cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes until the water is dry.
- Now add clear butter and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
- Now add ground cardamom and remove from heat.
- Add khoya and sprinkle almonds and pistachios on it.
- Delicious gajar halwa is ready to serve.
- Serve hot.
