Gajar Ka Halwa

 



Ingredients

  • 1-1 / 2 kg carrots
  • 2 kg of sugar
  • 5 kg lost
  • 1 cup clear butter
  • 2 cups almonds pistachios
  • 1 cardamom ground

How to cook

  • In a deep pan, add chopped carrots, sugar.
  • Shake and cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  • Now cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes until the water is dry.
  • Now add clear butter and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
  • Now add ground cardamom and remove from heat.
  • Add khoya and sprinkle almonds and pistachios on it.
  • Delicious gajar halwa is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot.
