Chinese Fried Fish Recipe

 

 



Ingredients

  • 500 grams of fish fillets
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt flavor
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

How to cook

  • Add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, beat the fish and set aside.
