Ingredients
For Chicken Carry:
- 500 grams boneless chicken 1/2 inch cube
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 green peppers
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 cumin seeds made and crushed
- 2 tablespoons chicken powder
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweet and sour sauce
- 1 piece of salt
For rice:
- 2 kg of boiled rice
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic fried
- 10 green peppers chopped and b fried
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 1 onion cube
- 1 carrot cube and boiled
- 1 piece of salt
- 2 cups boiled spaghetti
For Mayo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How to cook
To prepare the mayo sauce:
Mix all the ingredients of mayo sauce together and set aside
To prepare chicken curry:
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Add crushed garlic along with chilli chicken and half a cup of water all season. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is done and the thick sauce remains.
- Fry all the vegetables in 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes.
- Then fry the crushed garlic for a few seconds until golden fried green peppers, set aside.
Sort by:
- Place the rice in a bowl, topped with chicken mixture, spaghetti, fried vegetable mixture, mayo sauce, fried garlic and green pepper.
- Delicious Singapore rice is ready to be made.
- Serve hot
