Singaporean Rice Recipe

 



Ingredients

For Chicken Carry:

  • 500 grams boneless chicken 1/2 inch cube
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4-5 green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cumin seeds made and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chicken powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 piece of salt

For rice:

  • 2 kg of boiled rice
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic fried
  • 10 green peppers chopped and b fried
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1 onion cube
  • 1 carrot cube and boiled
  • 1 piece of salt
  • 2 cups boiled spaghetti

For Mayo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

How to cook

To prepare the mayo sauce:

Mix all the ingredients of mayo sauce together and set aside

To prepare chicken curry:

  • Heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add crushed garlic along with chilli chicken and half a cup of water all season. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is done and the thick sauce remains.
  • Fry all the vegetables in 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes.
  • Then fry the crushed garlic for a few seconds until golden fried green peppers, set aside.

Sort by:

  • Place the rice in a bowl, topped with chicken mixture, spaghetti, fried vegetable mixture, mayo sauce, fried garlic and green pepper.
  • Delicious Singapore rice is ready to be made.
  • Serve hot
