Ingredients
- 300 gm Boneless Chicken
- ½ cup Hung Curd
- ½ cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Green Chilies Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Chilies
- 1 tsp All Spice Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- 5-6 Lettuce Leaves
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 3-4 Onion cut into circles
- 4-5 Lemon
Cooking Method
- cut the boneless chicken.
- In a bowl, add hung curd, cream, green chilies paste, cumin powder, red chilies, all spice powder, and salt and mix well.
- Now put the chicken into barbeque sticks then steam it
- fry it well untill cooked.
- Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, lemon slices, onions.
- Chicken Malai Boti is ready to serve
