Chicken Malai Boti Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • 300 gm Boneless Chicken
  • ½ cup Hung Curd
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Green Chilies Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp All Spice Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • 5-6 Lettuce Leaves
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Onion cut into circles
  • 4-5 Lemon

Cooking Method

  • cut the boneless chicken.
  • In a bowl, add hung curd, cream, green chilies paste, cumin powder, red chilies, all spice powder, and salt and mix well.
  • Now put the chicken into barbeque sticks then steam it
  • fry it well untill cooked.
  • Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, lemon slices, onions.
  • Chicken Malai Boti is ready to serve
