Suji Ka Halwa Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Desi Ghee _____ Half a cup
  • semolina _____ 300 grams
  • Hot water _____ as needed
  • Milk _____ half a cup
  • Sugar _____ 200 grams
  • Copra _____ 20 grams
  • Raisins _____ 20 grams
  • Almonds _____ 20 grams
  • Pistachio _____ 20 grams
  • Small cardamom _____ 20 grams
  • Barley _____ 20 grams

 

Synthesis:

  • Put ghee in a pan and add semolina and cook for a while.
  • When the semolina starts to come out and the light turns brown, take it off.
  • Now add hot water, milk, sugar,, almonds, pistachios, cardamom, ghee and then fried semolina in a pan and cook for two to three minutes
  • Your delicious royal semolina dessert is ready.
