Restaurant Style Chicken Chow Mein Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless _____ 250 grams (cut long)
  • Garlic paste _____ 1 teaspoon
  • Chile Garlic Sauce _____ 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce _____ 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil _____ 2 teaspoons
  • Hot sauce _____ 1 tablespoon
  • Chinese salt _____ half a teaspoon
  • Salt Black Pepper Powder _____ to taste
  • Oil _____ as required
  • Spaghetti 1 packet _____ (sift mixed with salt water)
  • Carrots (Pumpkin) _____ 1 piece
  • Capsicum _____ 2 pieces (take out the batch and chop)
  • Green onions _____ 2 pieces (chop)

 

Synthesis:

  • Heat oil in a saucepan, add meat, garlic paste, Chinese salt, black pepper powder and salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add hot sauce, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and 1/4 cup water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Dry the water by increasing the heat
  • Then add sesame oil, spaghetti, capsicum, carrot, green onion and 2 tablespoons of cooking spoon.
  • Cook over low heat for 2 minutes
  • Delicious chicken chow mein is ready
  • Serve hot
