Egg Sandwiches

 


Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 4 loaves of bread
  • Some chopped mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste

 

How to cook

  • Cut the edge of the bread slices.
  • Cut a bowl of egg and put it in a small bowl. Add chopped green chillies, mint leaves and mayonnaise.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture on two bread slices and top with chopped tomatoes.
  • Cover the remaining bread with slices. Cut each sandwich into triangles and serve.
