Ingredients
- 500 grams of chicken wings with skin
- Salt to taste
- 1 garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons pepper powder
- 125 grams of flour
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons tabsco sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Oil for frying pan
How to cook
- In a large bowl, mix all together the flour, chili powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- Wash and clean the chicken wings.
- Coat with flour mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat butter over medium heat.
- Add tobacco sauce and chili garlic sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add pepper powder, garlic paste and salt.
