Buffalo Chicken Wings

 


Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken wings with skin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons pepper powder
  • 125 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons tabsco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Oil for frying pan

How to cook

  • In a large bowl, mix all together the flour, chili powder and salt.
  • Set aside.
  • Wash and clean the chicken wings.
  • Coat with flour mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Heat butter over medium heat.
  • Add tobacco sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Add pepper powder, garlic paste and salt.
