Ingredients:
- cup of flour
- cornflour half cup
- eggs a number
- salt to taste
- Two to three cloves of garlic
- onions a number
- green onions two to three pieces
- mushrooms six to eight
- carrots a number
- teaspoons ground white pepper
- tablespoons oyster sauce
- tablespoons soy sauce
- Cooking oil as required
Method
- Add three tablespoons of cornflour and salt to the flour and add half of the beaten egg. Knead hard with plain water and wrap in a damp muslin cloth.
- Chop onions, green onions (leaves separated), mushrooms and carrots.
- In a frying pan, crush the garlic lice in a teaspoon of cooking oil and when it smells, add all the vegetables except the green onion leaves.
- After frying for three to four minutes, add salt, white pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce and green onion leaves and remove from the heat.
- Peel a squash, grate it and chop it whole with a round cutter. Sprinkle with cornflour.
- After cooling the prepared mixture, place a tablespoon between these puris and place an egg on the edges.
- Wrap the whole on all sides and close it in the form of a bundle and keep it in the fridge for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Then heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and fry these dumplings until golden.
