Chicken Achari Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • Chicken _____ 1 kg
  • Oil _____ 50 grams
  • Onion _____ 60 grams
  • Tomato _____ 100 grams
  • Green pepper _____ 25 grams
  • Red Chili Powder _____ 15 grams
  • Turmeric powder _____ 5 grams
  • Klonji _____ 5 grams
  • Fennel, coriander _____ 10,10 grams
  • Tamarind water _____ 100 grams
  • Ginger _____ 20 grams
  • Crushed Garlic _____ 20 grams
  • Green coriander _____ 1 tbsp

 

Synthesis:

  • Chop the onion, put oil in the pan and brown the onion.
  • When onion turns brown, add ginger, garlic and fry for a while.
  • when the chicken is done add all the spices
  • like red chilli, coriander, tamarind water, salt and chopped tomatoes
  • and then add enough water to melt the chicken.
  • When the chicken is cooked, add green chillies and cook for a few minutes
  • Delicious chicken pickle is ready.
