Tandoori Masala Drumsticks Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • 12-14 Chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup Clarified butter
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin powder
  • 1 Coal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Lettuce leaf cucumber for garnishing

Cooking Method

  1. add salt and papaya paste in the chickens leg
  2. Marinate for 3 hours .
  3. Now in big bowl, mix yogurt , ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, chaat masala, clarified butter, red chili powder and white cumin powder.
  4. Add chicken legs in the yogurt mixture and marinate for 3 more hours.
  5. Then place the chicken over an baking tray and smoke it with coal.
  6. Bake the chicken in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. When the chicken is tender spread butter over them.
  8. set it in the oven broiler for 6-7 minutes
  9. until golden brown.
  10. Transfer into a serving dish
  11. Delicious Tandoori Masala Drumsticks are ready to serve
