Ingredients
- 12-14 Chicken legs
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Papaya paste
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 cup Clarified butter
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp White cumin powder
- 1 Coal
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Lettuce leaf cucumber for garnishing
Cooking Method
- add salt and papaya paste in the chickens leg
- Marinate for 3 hours .
- Now in big bowl, mix yogurt , ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, chaat masala, clarified butter, red chili powder and white cumin powder.
- Add chicken legs in the yogurt mixture and marinate for 3 more hours.
- Then place the chicken over an baking tray and smoke it with coal.
- Bake the chicken in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- When the chicken is tender spread butter over them.
- set it in the oven broiler for 6-7 minutes
- until golden brown.
- Transfer into a serving dish
- Delicious Tandoori Masala Drumsticks are ready to serve
